Hermantes Studio was appointed to design and deliver the refurbishment of 23no. Prime Apartments and Common Parts for two prominent and adjoining buildings in London’s prestigious Central Mayfair.

The previous Interior environments unfortunately did not live up to their beautiful building facades having been cut and carved over the years with special period features removed by mediocre interventions. The interiors were tired and lack-lustre and a homogenous sea of vanilla. 

Our Studio was tasked with bringing back that special ‘Mayfair lustre’ to ensure residents’ expectations beyond the front door threshold were realised with a quality environment befitting the area and a truly ‘Mayfair experience’.
